Het lichaam huisvest het onderbewustzijn of onbewuste in ons.
Leer hoe we het onbewuste bewust kunnen maken en de wonderlijke wijsheid diep binnen in ons kunnen gaan oogsten.
De vijfdaagse workshop voor iedereen die aan heelwording wil werken, brengt toegespitste technieken om de geest met het lichaam te laten integreren.
Aangeboden wordt een frame van theoretisch kennis over somatische(lichaamsgerichte) therapie. De deelnemers krijgen de kans om zelf de nieuwe technieken te ervaren door middel van beweging en zelf-verkenning, zowel in groepsverband als oefenend op elkaar.

Onderwerpen die aan de orde zullen komen zijn:

• De werking van opladen en ontladen
• Het ontstaan en oplossen van lichaams-/karakter-bepantsering
• Bio-energetische karakterstructuren en ontwikkelingen uit de kindertijd
• Posttraumatische stress disorders
• Begrijpen en behandelen van trauma
• Gebruik van het chakra systeem in de energetische diagnose
• De rol van ziekte of ongemak in transformatie processen en de taal van de symptomenleer
